Meetings will be limited to 30-minute sessions and are restricted to suppliers who can provide a portal solution. Please note as part of the demonstration we would be looking at solutions that can cover some or all of the functions mentioned in Q3 but we are willing to explore any additional functions that are available. If significant engagement is shown a follow up Webinar may be arranged with all suppliers that have contacted us throughout this period - date to be confirmed.                 "description": "The mechanism for this tender is to award one portal Supplier per Lot. This provides the customers with an option to Award without Competition. The customer chooses which Lot provides the outcome they wish to procure i.e. vehicle hire, vehicle lease, vehicle purchase or vehicle services. Each Lot provides very different end products/ services. The customer will have access to see what each Lot provider offers with regards to portal functionality prior to signing up. Additionally, full disclosure and transparency of how any associated costs and how they are charged will also be available in advance. The portal will provide a summary of Call-off options to meet each customers required specification i.e. customer requirement is - Hire of a small car, pick up in Leeds on 13th February = the portal provides suitable options which can align with the customer criteria. The customer rationale is to then select which is most advantageous (such as financially) while meeting all the specified needs. Other scenarios may include additional customised specification requirements i.e fixed racking in a vehicle lease or purchase option. The commitment from the customer is to sign up to use the portal for their requirements - vehicles/ services. The contract will be directly with the customer and the portal provider and the specification will be provided by the customer. Call off T&Cs have been developed to align with the Framework Lots supporting the differences of each Lot. 11.6.1. It is understood that the industry drives a pricing structure that can change regularly. Upon signing up to use the Portal functionality the customer gains access to pricing options via an individual log on. Prices for this Framework Agreement will be provided on real time live pricing being provided via the supplier portal. The selection of pricing options and availability shown are in line with each customers criterion and will be priced accordingly. The customer can then choose the MAT option available at that time. YPO and its customers reserve the right to reject prices which are deemed unsustainable."
