Aberdeen Sports Village is seeking a supplier to deliver a full gym refurbishment, including the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of new fitness equipment, flooring and lighting. The successful supplier will also provide technical drawings, support digital integration with existing systems, and act as a strategic partner throughout the contract term. The contract includes options for both outright purchase and a sixty-month rental agreement for the gym equipment. Flooring and lighting will be procured as outright purchases. The supplier must also provide a buy-back value for existing equipment and ensure all installation is completed by January 2026. The contract will run for an initial period of five years, with the option to extend for a further five years. The procurement will be conducted as a single lot.

It also allows for the potential extension of the contract for an additional five years.
