Notice Description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (CSU), on behalf of NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a Community Adult Hearing Service across Coventry and Warwickshire.<br/><br/>As a result of this Competitive Process, the ICB intends to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) to all providers capable that meet an acceptable standard. Successful provider(s) will be awarded with a contract for a period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. The successful provider(s) are expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1st April 2026.<br/><br/>It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have an annual value of PS3,496,867 per annum based on activity of 37,445 procedures/annum. The total expected contract value for the 3 years plus 2 year extension is PS17,484,337.

NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a Community Adult Hearing Service across Coventry and Warwickshire. The service is for adults who are patients registered with a Coventry and Warwickshire ICB Place GP aged 55 or over.
The contract duration is expected to be 3 years with up to a 2 year extension option.
It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have an annual value of PS3,496,867 per annum based on activity of 37,445 procedures/annum. The total expected contract value for the 3 years plus 2 year extension is PS17,484,337.
ICB intends to award a zero volume, zero value contract to all providers capable that meet an acceptable standard. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. In addition, neither the placement of this notice nor any subsequent notice shall bind the Commissioner to the award of any contract.
