The current postholder is leading several key strategic programmes, including the Housing Transformation Improvement Programme (HTIP), the re procurement of the Council's Repairs and Maintenance contract, and the Strategic Asset Review. These programmes are at critical stages, and the postholder's expertise is essential to ensure continuity, compliance, and successful delivery.
