In accordance with PSR 2023 Direct Award process C, a thorough assessment of the proposed provider was undertaken against the following Key Criteria: * Quality and innovation - 30% * Value - 20% * Integration, collaboration and service sustainability - 20% * Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice - 20% * Social Value -10% The results of the assessments showed that Forest Healthcare Limited are satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. No Conflicts of interest were not identified as part of the process.",
