        "description": "This framework covers both reactive and planned maintenance services for drainage, flooring, and electrical systems across Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset Council sites. Contractors will deliver emergency call-outs, routine repairs, and scheduled works in compliance with the specification. The framework will be split into the following three lots: - Lot 1 - Planned and Reactive Drainage Works - Lot 2 - Planned and Reactive Flooring Works - Lot 3 - Planned and Reactive Electrical Works The maximum total value of this framework is PS10,000,000 excluding VAT. This figure is not an estimate of anticipated spend; it has been intentionally set at a higher level to ensure sufficient capacity for all potential call-off contracts over the full maximum framework term of eight years.",
