The contractor must provide all materials, labour, and equipment, ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations, and supply maintenance manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings. Estimated contract value: PS160,000 Planned start date: January 2026. Completion expected within 4-6 weeks of commencement.",
