The supply and delivery of Postural Management Equipment and Accessories to provide support in a Seated Position for Adults as part of 24-hour Postural Care. The values stated at Lot value (estimated) are the highest values in the following ranges PS0 to PS3,250,000 (excluding VAT) PS0 to PS3,875,000 (including VAT) which has been calculated on the basis of a four-year Framework, contingency for potential increase in usage, price increases and potential extension(s) of up and including 18 months for procurement exercises. Framework lot values may be shared with other lots.
Options: The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid. The Buyer reserves the right to increase the product range depending on Buyer requirements. This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice to seek additional engagement with the market place to gather information associated for the provision of Postural Management Equipment and Accessories. To this end the Business Services Organisation, Procurement and Logistics Service on behalf of Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI), wish to engage with potential suppliers to obtain a market view of the potential requirements through the completion of a Questionnaire. Any interested Suppliers are required to submit their response through the eTendersNI secure messaging area of the Call for Tender (CfT) Ref: 6108745. All correspondence in relation to this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise must be communicated via the eTendersNI secure messaging area. Suppliers will be required to submit their completed Questionnaire no later than 17:00 hours on 10 September 2025.
