Notice Description
NI Water wishes to appoint a contractor to provide M and E Services with Mechanical Installation, Repair and Maintenance for the full range of manufacturer's equipment currently within NI Water's asset base. The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary skilled and unskilled labour together with the materials to carry out the work in accordance with the Specification, statutory regulations and to the satisfaction of NI Water.

Renewal: 4 x up to 12 months optional extension periods at Client's absolute discretion, subject to agreement.
MIRM services - South EastMechanical Installation, Repair and Maintenance Service for the South East area.
Renewal: 4 x up to 12 months optional extension periods at Client's absolute discretion, subject to agreement.

NI Water plans to hold a Supplier Presentation Session in October 2025 (date and time TBC). Suppliers can register their interest in attending this Session and confirm two (2) attendees by submitting an email to sourcing@niwater.com FAO Keith Watson and Dean Campbell with contact names, company position and accompanying email address.
