PSR Direct Award. Additional information: This CCN is made in accordance with the legislation detailed in The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. A modification under Reg 13 of the PSR can be made where the full criteria has been met (please seek clarity on the criteria with the Commissioning Team).
This includes the requirement that: -
1) the modification does not render the contract or framework agreement materially different in character, and
2) the cumulative change in the lifetime value of the contract or framework agreement since it was entered into or concluded is--
- below PS500,000; or
- less than 25% of the lifetime value of the original contract or framework agreement when it was entered into or concluded.
In the event that the modification exceeds the PSR criteria, a Transparency Notice will be published by the Procurement team within 30 days of modification award.
