Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is commissioned to provide Employment Advisory Services to Talking Therapies service users in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. This procurement is for the provision of such services. MPFT intends to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C The value of the contract is PS709,783 with an option to extend for a further year. The value of the contract includes anticipated inflationary increases. The services will be provided between 01.10.25 and 31.03.27 (with ext. to 31.03.28).
Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 23rd September 2025 at 17:00. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to Hilary Wood - procurement@mpft.nhs.uk The decision makers are Lucy Cotterill and Hilary Wood. Conflict of interest forms have been completed by individuals within MPFT and by the supplier - no conflict of interests have been declared. The provider has been assessed against 1. Quality and Innovation, 2. Value, 3. Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability, 4. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice, and 5. Social Value. The provider was able to adequately demonstrate that they fulfilled the required criteria. The intention is to award the contract to Enable, Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury, SY3 8HQ. The lifetime value of the contract is PS1,187,611.
