"description": "Pricing schedule is to be used in conjunction with Framework Agreement and the NEC4 ECSC for pricing works. The Framework operates under a maximum of three (3) suitably qualified and experienced suppliers with services to be delivered on an as-required (call-off) basis on properties within Nottingham City boundaries. Call-off Procedure for Direct Awards by Ranked Order below PS2,500. First ranked placed Contractor approached. Should the first ranked Contractor be unable or unwilling to undertake the work, the second ranked supplier will be approached in a similar fashion, and so forth. Call-off Procedure for Further Competition over PS2,500 All Contractors in the framework are invited to submit a priced offer based on the Employer's Works Information. Contractors may submit bids below the awarded Framework rates during mini competitions. Bids exceeding the Framework rates will only be permitted where the required works fall outside the defined scope of the Framework Agreement. In such cases, the Supplier must submit a formal quotation based on the published hourly or daily rates (Non- Standard or Unforeseen Works), which must be approved via an official Nottingham City Council Purchase Order prior to commencement.",
