    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice.<br/><br/>Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by Midnight at the end of 21st May 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.<br/><br/>Written representations need to be sent via the Atamis e-tendering portal, Project Reference: C394758 - COMP: Community & School Aged Immunisation Service - Birmingham & Solihull.<br/><br/>The evaluation panel completed individual evaluations for assigned questions and took part in moderation to agree and finalise scores and rationales. The panel comprised of:<br/><br/>* Head of Vaccination Commissioning and Operations, Project Lead and Evaluator<br/>* Senior Commissioning Manager, Project Lead and Evaluator<br/>* Pharmacy Programme Manager, Evaluator <br/>* Vaccination Manager, Evaluator<br/>* Senior Finance Manager, Evaluator<br/>* Public Health Contract Manager, Evaluator<br/>* Public Health Contract Manager, Evaluator<br/>* Screening and Immunisation Co-ordinator, Evaluator<br/>* Finance Manager, Evaluator <br/>* Strategic Vaccination and Screening Lead, Evaluator<br/><br/>The award decision makers were NHS England Midlands Commissioning Delivery Group (CDG).<br/><br/>No conflicts of interest were identified.<br/><br/>The Basic Selection Questions were Pass/Fail and the award criteria for the Key Criteria Questions were as follows, scored on a combination of a 0-5 scoring mechanism and for information.<br/>* Quality and Innovation 23.00%<br/>* Value 20.00% (including for information questions)<br/>* Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability 25.00%<br/>* Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating Choice 22.00%<br/>* Social Value 10.00%<br/><br/>The preferred Provider was awarded the contract based on the highest overall weighted score for Key Criteria and meeting all of the Basic Selection Criteria.",
