The relevant authority intends to award the following contracts to existing providers under Direct Award C under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale: Contract Value - PS1,251,654.24. Contract will commence on 01 October 2025 and end on 30 September 2028. Bury: Contract Value - PS1,251,654.24. Contract will commence on 23 November 2025 and end on 22 November 2028. Manchester: Contract Value - PS1,251,654.24 Contract will commence on 01 November 2025 and end on 31 October 2028. Salford: Contract Value - PS1,251,654.24 Contract will commence on 01 November 2025 and end on 31 October 2028. Tameside: Contract Value: PS1,251,654.24 Contract will commence on 01 November 2025 and end on 31 October 2028. Wigan: Contract Value - PS1,251,654.24 Contract will commence on 01 November 2025 and end on 31 October 2028. Bolton: Contract Value: PS1,251,654.24 Contract will commence on 12 October 2025 and end on 11 October 2028. Oldham: Contract Value: PS1,251,654.24 Contract will commence on 23 November 2025 and end on 22 November 2028.
Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the Standstill Period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on Monday 29 September 2025.
