Pendle Borough Council wish to appoint a consultant to carry out a green belt assessment following an update to National Green Belt policy. The project will include a review of the green belt against the updated green belt purposes and the identification of grey belt parcels. To participate, suppliers must register an interest before 12pm, 10th October 2025 to obtain access to the tender documents. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded on the ProContract tender portal. Please note that ProContract, is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity, bearing Project Id: DN791124. No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender document
