The maximum initial contract values for the 3 year contract term (inclusive of VAT) for each lot are as follows: Lot 1 - Bristol: PS451,755.00 Lot 2 - South Gloucestershire: PS148,425.00 The contract term is planned to commence from February 2026 and will be for a duration of 3 years with an optional extension of 2 years. This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.",
