    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice.<br/><br/>The awarding of this Proposed Contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do NOT apply to this award.<br/><br/>The award decision makers shall be made as per the Contracting Authority's governance processes.<br/><br/>The intention is to award a contract using the most suitable provider process. This notice will be published for seven days.<br/><br/>To register on the Health Family Single eCommercial System e-tendering portal:<br/><br/>If you have not accessed the portal before you will need to click Register from the landing page and complete the required form.<br/><br/>1) Register on the portal webpage https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome. Please note that registration and use of the website is free of charge.<br/>2) Once registered, to search for tendering opportunities that have been published, click 'Find Opportunities'; and<br/>3) From the Find Opportunities page, click on the title of an opportunity. If the tendering project is at the stage where it is open for suppliers to express interest, you will be able to click 'Register Interest'.<br/><br/>For technical support in submitting your Expression of Interest or registering on the 'Atamis Electronic Sourcing system please contact the Atamis helpdesk via email: support@atamis.co.uk.<br/><br/>All communications from providers should come through the Atamis portal. Strictly no other forms of communication to 2gether Support Solutions or the Trust will be accepted (including telephone calls, postal queries/submissions, faxes or email communications) during this period.<br/><br/>2gether Support Solutions, on behalf of the Trust, are aware of our transparency obligations under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Please note for those expressing an interest for these services, doing so does not guarantee that you will not be required to register for any future PSR related procurement activities and you should not rely on your response to this notice as confirmation that 2gether Support Solutions, on behalf of the Trust, will proceed further with either this, or other such, activities.<br/><br/>2gether Support Solutions, on behalf of the Trust, reserves the right not to proceed with the Most Suitable Provider process. If 2gether Support Solutions, on behalf of the Trust proceeds at any point, they reserve the right to discontinue the process at any point, which shall include the right not to award a contract or contracts.<br/><br/>Neither 2gether Support Solutions nor the Trust shall be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any provider in connection with the completion and return of the information requested in this intended approach notice or in completion, or submission, of any response, irrespective of the outcome of the process if the process is cancelled or postponed for whatever reason.<br/><br/>All dates, timescales and values specified in this intended approach notice are provisional and 2gether's Procurement services, on behalf of the Trust, reserves the right to change these.",
