Surgical Instrument and Flexible Endoscope Decontamination Service
Notice Description
This Early Market Engagement (EME) is being led by Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH or the 'Authority') on behalf of the East Midlands Decontamination Collaboration (EMDC), a partnership between Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (SFH or SFHFT) (collectively referred to as the 'Collaboration'). * The Collaboration is seeking to engage with decontamination service providers (Suppliers) to raise awareness of its future plans for Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) and endoscope decontamination services. * The purpose of this Early Market Engagement (EME) is to: o Understand what solutions, models, and innovations are currently available in the market. o Learn from previous examples of similar projects delivered elsewhere. o Gather Supplier views on potential delivery approaches, risks, and enablers. o Explore opportunities for collaboration and transitional support options.

Suppliers are invited to download the EME document via the e-Tendering portal for more information: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome Suppliers are required to review all published EME documentation and submit their responses in accordance with the timetable set out in Section 2 If you have any problems with the Electronic Portal, you should contact the helpdesk on 0800 9956035 or by sending an email to support-health@atamis.co.uk . The helpline is open Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm excluding public and bank holidays.
