Notice Description

Lancashire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Asbestos Waste acceptance and Disposal services. The services required are the acceptance, weighing, and Disposal of Asbestos Waste from Authority Waste Facilities, Waste Collection Authorities in Lancashire, associated fly-tips, and any other sources in respect of which the Lancashire County Council or the Waste Collection Authorities are responsible for the management and disposal of Asbestos Waste. Lot 1

Options: Lancashire County Council has the option to extend the agreement by a further period or periods up to a maximum of 12 (twelve) months, provided that the total duration does not exceed 4 (four) years.

Renewal: The initial term will be three years, after such time Lancashire County Council may extend the agreement by a further period or periods up to a maximum of 12 (twelve) months, provided that the total duration does not exceed 4 (four) years.
