Procurement Information
There is a need for the Inspections. The Trust currently holds fragmented, inconsistent, and outdated condition data, which is not adequate for capital planning, compliance assurance, or national reporting. This commission will establish a robust baseline dataset, aligned to NHS methodology, and directly supports our capital investment prioritisation, compliance oversight, and ERIC obligations. It also underpins the Trust's wider Critical Infrastructure Risk programme and business case.
