        "description": "Bidders are invited to submit tender for an extension to the single storey studio apartment in the grounds of Ty Isaf Children's Centre. Caerphilly Road, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed. CF82 7EP.The scope of the project is fully described in Appendix 1 of the tender documents but in summary the scope is: The scope of the project is fully described in the ITT and supporting documentation but in summary the scope is: - The contractor shall cost all necessary resources including weekend and overtime working to allow the project to be completed within the specified contract period. - Carefully survey all services in the existing boiler rooms and remove all redundant mechanical and electrical services including any brackets and containment. When removed, the building structure shall be made good. - The contractor shall install and set to work the two new boilers and flues and configure existing controls for the new boilers. All new and existing services within the boiler room are to insulated as specified. - The contractor shall employ the boiler manufacturer's commissioning engineers to commission the new boilers and certify them. The timescale for the work is 4 weeks from commencement of the contract. It is planned to carry out these works during term time with no loss of service to the school. If any service shut downs are required these shall be arranged out of hours or at the October half term holiday. Contractors shall submit a detailed programme of works when submitting their costs for the project. The Contractors shall detail all key timings showing as a minimum, site setup, plant delivery, re-instatement works and commissioning and how this will be achieved in the 4-week period given.",

Please remember to register with Caerphilly this ensures that you will be alerted to all relevant opportunities. 9.Terms & Conditions - Read the terms and conditions of the use of this Supplier Portal and tick the box to denote you have read and understood the terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree you cannot complete the registration process. Once you have agreed click on the blue arrow to move on to the next stage. 10.Insert a password for the admin user and repeat it. The password MUST be between 6 and 50 characters in length. It must contain at least 2 number(s). Once completed select 'Complete Registration' and you willenter the Supplier Home page. 11.From the Home Page, go to the \"Opportunities\" icon, all current opportunities will be listed. Click on the blue arrow under the field 'Show Me' of the relevant opportunity then click to register your interest on the applicable button. 12.Refresh your screen by clicking on the opportunities icon located on the left hand side, to view the opportunity click the blue arrow. 13.Note the closing date for completion of the relevant project.
