Lot Information
Plastic Jugs 750ml Capacity with coloured lids
To supply plastic jugs to be used for providing drinks to patients. These jugs are to come with different coloured lids to aid staff via a "traffic light system" to aid the monitoring of patients who may need to be monitored for fluid intake the lid colours are red, amber, green and blue. The jugs are to be plastic and have a capacity of 750ml. We envisage awarding one supplier to this lot as a Sole Award.
Medicine Measure - 30ml & 60mlTo supply plastic non sterile medicine measure cups in two sizes, 60ml and 30ml for the dispensing of drugs and medicines to patients. These cups should have graduations on them to aid the measuring of liquids. We envisage awarding one supplier to this lot as a Sole Award.
Dousing Spoons - 5ml / 2.5mlDouble ended dousing spoons, with a 5ml and a 2.5ml spoon at each end. For the administration of small volume liquid medicine. We envisage awarding one supplier to this lot as a Sole Award.

"reviewDetails": "Economic operators should approach the contracting authority in the first instance. However, the only formal remedy is to apply to the courts: An economic operator that suffers, or is at risk of suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, may bring proceedings in the Sheriff Court or the Court of Session. The bringing of court proceedings against the Authority after the Framework Agreement has be entered into will not affect the Framework Agreement unless grounds for the imposition of special penalties under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 can be established. Otherwise the remedies that may be awarded by the courts where the Framework Agreement has been entered into are limited to the award of damages."
