Hull City Council (The Authority) has directly awarded a contract for The Supply of Water Supply and Sewerage Services to Scottish Water Business Stream Limited T/A Business Stream via Water Supply and Sewerage Services Framework Agreement (Framework Ref Y22013). The contract start date was 1st October 2025 for an initial period of 4 years with an option to extend for one period of 12 months, ending by 30th September 2030. The Authority has estimated the value of the services to be approximately PS1,042,292 or PS5,211,460 if the extension is taken.
