The project focuses on literacy, numeracy, and wellbeing, requiring evidence-based, high-quality resources tailored to individual needs. The planning phase includes a market engagement event scheduled for 28 October 2025, providing potential suppliers an opportunity to discuss and provide feedback that will shape the requirements ahead of the full tender process. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate, given the suitability acknowledgements in the procurement notice. Engaging in this project could lead to long-term contracts, as the initial contract period is set from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with potential renewals extending to 2031. Businesses interested in leveraging their expertise in educational equipment or school books will find this tender particularly promising for growth and building partnerships within public sector procurement.
