The original UK6 Contract Award Notice (Notice identifier 2026/S 000-027015), published on 24 March 2026, stated that Lot 2 - Young People's Supported Accommodation - Mixed Support and Lot 3 Assessment Services would not be awarded. At the time of publication, Lot 3 Assessment services remained subject to internal governance, while approval had been obtained for lot 1 Mixed/High. Due to limitations within Find a Tender, it was not possible to indicate that Lot 3 Assessment Services was pending approval while publishing award details for Lot 1 Mixed/High Support. As a result, the notice stated that Lot 2 Mixed Support and Lot 3 Assessment Service would not be awarded. Now that the governance has been completed, LB Camden wish to publish this revised contract award notice. You will note that this Contract Award Notice makes reference to more than one supplier for each contract . This information has been automatically generated and we are unable to amend. Young People's Supported Accommodation Pathway - Mixed/High Support

Renewal: The contracts may be extended for a period of 36 months in length at the sole discretion of the Council.

Young People's Supported Accommodation Pathway - Mixed Support

The service will provide both assessment and high needs beds, and at least three emergency beds. The service is expected to work with young people entering the service will have a range of complex needs. Tenders bidding for this service must have available 18 units at tender stage. See tender pack for further details. Tenderers must have experience of successfully gaining Ofsted registration for at least one supported accommodation provision for young people.

Renewal: The contracts may be extended for a period of 36 months in length at the sole discretion of the Council.

Young People's Supported Accommodation Pathway - Assessment Service

The Assessment service will be made up of 40 units of accommodation, with the inclusion of two emergency beds across two properties. The services will provide both assessment and high needs beds, and at least three emergency beds (one per setting). The young people who are referred to the service will be those young people whose support needs meet the criteria for the service. Tenderers must have experience of successfully gaining Ofsted registration for at least one supported accommodation provision for young people.
