Notice Description
Middlesbrough Borough Council (the Authority) owns a range of properties across the commercial and operational estate. Within the commercial estate there are over 500 units, which are a mix of industrial units, retail units and sub stations. The operational estate consists of over 100 buildings which are a mix of offices, public facing buildings e.g. libraries, community hubs, children's homes, and land such as car parks. The Authority is seeking to establish Framework Agreements with suitable providers for the provision of Removals and Storage Services.

Removals with Larger Vehicle
Relocation services for furniture, equipment, etc from building to building or to storage.
Renewal: 1 x 12 months
Lot 2 Removals with Smaller VehicleRelocation services for a smaller number of furniture, equipment, etc items from building to building or to storage.
Renewal: 1 x 12 months
Removals within the Same BuildingRelocation services for furniture, equipment, etc within the same building.
Renewal: 1 x 12 months
Storage Rates for Standard CratesStorage rates for crates on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Renewal: 1 x 12 months
Crate Hire and Associated GoodsDaily hire charge for crates with Delivery and Collection rates; Provision of multicoloured crate labels; Provision of cable ties for securing crates; and Surcharge for missing or written off crates.
