Supply Chain Consultancy Framework
Notice Description
Post Office will procure a Supply Chain Consultancy Framework to support strategic transformation. Suppliers must demonstrate deep expertise in UK Wholesale Cash, secure logistics, and market innovation. The framework will enable flexible call-offs for consultancy across governance, commercial modelling, partnership structuring, and operational optimisation within the cash processing and distribution ecosystem. The services are described in the ITT documents. These can be accessed by emailing procurement@postoffice.co.uk. Please use the subject Supply Chain Consultancy Framework when emailing for this purpose.

Post Office will host a Supplier Engagement webinar to outline the Supply Chain Consultancy Framework requirements and strategic context. . This session enables potential bidders to understand scope, objectives, and evaluation criteria, helping them make informed decisions ahead of the Invitation to Tender . The event is currently schedule for 1pm on Friday 7th November 2026 and shall take place via MS Teams. . In order to receive an invite to the event, please send an email to procurement@postoffice.co.uk providing the following details: Organisation Name Name(s) of those wishing to receive an invite Email address(es) Telephone number Please ensure that this email reaches us by not later than 5pm on Wednesday 5th November to allow Post Office time to issue the invite. If you are unable to attend the event this shall not restrict you from responding to the requirement when the proposed tender is issued.

"features": "This will be an Open process with only 1 stage. Prior to completing or responding to the Tender, Post Office require that all suppliers register with the Government Central Digital Platform ('CPD'). Information of the CDP, including details of how to register, can be found on https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/. Bidders must fully complete all elements of the Invitation To Tender ('ITT') in order for their response to be considered valid. Only valid responses shall be evaluated. The ITT includes 4 pass/fail Mandatory ITT Supplier Information questions. Bidders who self-certify that they meet the requirements of these questions will be required to provide evidence of this if they are successful at contract award stage. The ITT includes 9 questions and 2 further social value questions where bidders are required to demonstrate their technical and professional ability. Bidder's answers to these questions will be evaluated by Post Office in accordance with the criteria laid out in Section 13 Technical Solution Evaluation of the ITT. Following evaluation, Post Office intends to appoint a maximum of three Bidders to deliver the services. Post office reserves the right to invite more than 3 Bidders to contract award in the circumstances that their is a tie for 3rd place."
