This notice serves as an intention to award the contract under PSR competitive process No conflicts of interest were identified during the evaluation process; all bids have been evaluated by service representatives. Key criteria used as outlined within the provider selection regime as the basis for the quality scoring totalling 50% of the score and the remaining attributed to the commercial scoring. The contract is to be awarded from 1st February 2026 for a 2 year period with an option to extend for a further 2 yers.",
