Notice Description
Newry, Mourne and Down District Council ('The Council') intends to appoint an external training supplier(s) to provide a range of eight cross-cutting corporate (applicable to more than one department in Council) training courses under three lots, for a period of 3 years

LOT 1 - First Aid
? First Aid at Work (3 day) ? First Aid at Work Refresher (2 day) ? Emergency First Aid (1 Day)
LOT 2 - Fire Warden/COSHH/ISOH/Evac/Extinguisher? Fire Warden Training (1/2 day) ? COSHH Assessor Training (1/2 day) ? IOSH Managing Safely - latest version (minimum 16 hours online learning and 6-month access provided to complete) ? Evac Chair Training (1/2 day) ? Use of Fire Extinguisher (1.5 Hrs)
LOT 3 - Task Specific Manual Handling Training (1/2 day)? Task Specific Manual Handling Training (1/2 day) The aim of this course is to provide a bespoke and tailored training on manual handling techniques for specific items that are being frequently handled by our employees as they go about their regular workplace activities.
