Notice Description
This Contracts Notice follows a Transparency Notice and is being published to recognise the Direct Award to the Supplier to continue delivery of Energy Management Services on behalf of ATOC as they are embedded and intigrated within the business and are purchasing goods on a comodity market

This is Direct Award under PA23 which will also act as an extension to a contract originally directly awarded pre-PA23 where the supplier shall continue to provide Energy Management Services as a repeat service and is purchasing Goods on a commodity market.
