    "description": "Scotland Excel (SXL) will be acting on behalf of Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) in the execution of this procurement exercise but will not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime. The response should include tangible and measurable commitments and explain how these will be implemented, monitored, and reported throughout the contract term. The response could include, but not be limited to: -Employment and Skills -Apprenticeships, work placements, graduate opportunities, or training schemes targeted at local communities or underrepresented groups. -Education and Engagement -Partnerships with schools, colleges, or community organisations to support STEM learning or fire safety awareness. -Environmental Initiatives -Actions that go beyond framework minimums, such as carbon reduction projects, waste minimisation, or community recycling schemes. -Community Support -Volunteering, sponsorship of local events, or initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within the supply chain.
