Preliminary Market Engagement We are inviting Consultants and Data Providers that have interest in providing these services, to attend a briefing session. Please respond to this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice to express your interest. Any Consultant or Data Provider that expresses interest by 2:00 pm on 24/11/2025, will be invited to a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) event which will be held as follows: Date: 25th November 2025 Time: 12:30 am - 1:00 pm Location: Microsoft Teams (a link will be sent to potential Providers who express interest in participation by 5 pm on 24/11/2025). The CA reserves the right to change its procurement approach after the PME.
