This procurement presents a valuable opportunity for service providers specialising in temporary accommodation solutions, particularly those equipped to support individuals and households with complex needs, such as mental health or addiction issues. Ideal contenders are establishments with compliance to health, safety, and fire regulations, capable of accommodating same-day placements and providing a secure and supportive environment. The required nightly rates range between £30 and £80 per unit, with full compliance on utilities and statutory safety needs.
