C412 (2026) - Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture
Notice Description
NIE Networks Limited wishes to award a Framework Agreement for the Supply, Delivery and installation of Office Furniture. NIE Networks Limited seeks to appoint suitably qualified and experienced office furniture Suppliers to supply, deliver and install office furniture to our various site locations across Northern Ireland. The initial and largest project under the Framework will be to deliver & fit out our newly constructed & purpose built building in Craigavon with office furniture. NIE Networks would require a Supplier who will have the complete responsibility for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the furniture solution. Also, a Supplier that can provide guidance, add value, and has experience in delivering such solutions. After the initial Craigavon project, the need for any further furniture as detailed below will be determined by the needs of the business as and when required. Furniture may be required for any of our NIE Networks office/building locations. The following goods that may be required at any time under this Framework (not just initial Craigavon fit out) are as follows: * Desks * Chairs * Pedestals * Lockers * Side Returns * Other Miscellaneous items The above description is given for guidance only and should not be concluded as finite. The full detail of the requirements are included within the information included with the draft ITT documentation. The value of the initial Craigavon contract (excluding VAT) is estimated at PS485k. The sum of PS250,00 (excluding VAT) has been allocated for other future furniture requirements that may be required. The total estimated value, excluding VAT, for the full Framework Agreement duration of 5 years is up to PS735k. The Framework Agreement period is three years with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend for up to a further two years. This will be a five year Framework Agreement, including extensions, with no commitment to work volumes or locations.
