Notice Description
The Client wishes to employ a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake the management and maintenance of the Langdon Hills District Heating System The services that this contract is expected to include relate to four discrete elements namely (i) Supply of Energy, (ii) Maintenance of District Heating Plant, (iii) Meter Reading and Billing Support (iv) Lighting The production and supply of hot water to meet the demand across the Estate for space heating and domestic hot water. Maintain the primary distribution circuits, temperature and quantity of hot water necessary to meet the demand across the Estate for space heating and domestic water requirements. The Council will be advertising the Tender shortly, if you would like to register your interest please message via the portal Tenderbox, Access Code: DHF8X3XUZ3 by the deadline 3rd December 2025. The Council will invite you to the opportunity once the notice is issued. Please note: participation does not guarantee future contract award. All interested suppliers can participate.
