Notice Description
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 9th February 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. This notice relates to the procurement of an insourced Neurophysiology Diagnostic Service at Washwood Heath Community Diagnostics Centre (CDC). The service is intended to expand capacity, reduce diagnostic waiting times, and support delivery of national RTT and diagnostic standards.

This notice relates to the procurement of an insourced Neurophysiology Diagnostic Service at Washwood Heath Community Diagnostics Centre (CDC). The intended start date for the contract will be 10th February 2026 and the initial term of the contract will be for 12 months. The contract can be extended for up to a further 24 months. The maximum value of the initial term shall be up to PS197,550 and the maximum expected lifetime value of the contract if extended to the maximum 36 month term shall be PS1,251,150 This proposed award relates to a new service and a new provider to the Trust.
Renewal: The contract will be awarded for a period of 12 months with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
