Implementation of modules: Incident, Change and Release Management, Problem, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Known Error Database (KEDB), Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management. Interrogation of system configuration. Interrogation of professional training for three (3) IT Ops colleagues to maintain and operate chosen solution.
