Summary of the contracting process

South Ayrshire Council is seeking a qualified service provider for a Measured Term Contract focused on the servicing, maintenance, and monitoring of intruder alarm systems in operational properties throughout South Ayrshire. This tender, titled "CE-199-25 Measured Term Contract for Servicing, Maintenance & Monitoring of Intruder Alarm Systems," falls within the repair and maintenance services industry category. The procurement process is currently at the tender stage, with submissions required by 20 January 2026. The procurement uses an open procedure method and offers community benefits as part of the requirements. The contract is planned to recur in September 2030, highlighting its ongoing nature.
