The quality of the residential rehab programme directly influences the long term outcomes of people as they are offered up to 24 weeks of structured support, followed by strong aftercare and follow up support. Integration - Meeting Expectations - The provider has established links with key heath care and justice partners which would continue under this new contract, to ensure full integration and collaboration with other relevant health care services.
