Notice Description
Request for Information from Suppliers Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking to engage with the market regarding the provision of a digital Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) management system. The purpose of this exercise is to gather information on available solutions and confirm supplier capability against the essential criteria outlined in the specification. The Council currently operates under a three-user license and anticipates maintaining similar multi-user access as part of this procurement. The contract is expected to be for a 3-5 year term, with optional year-on-year renewal subject to price. Full details of the essential and optional requirements are outlined on the attached requirements document.
