Notice Description
The aim of this project is to identify the most appropriate and cost-effective IVF media suite to supply to Jessop Fertility, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS trust.
Lot Information
IVF Media
The IVF Media suite must be CE or UKCA marked as a classification suitable for their intended purpose, i.e. for human clinical IVF
Options: 2 + 1 year extension
Renewal: 2 + 1 year extension
Embryo Transfer MediaMedia should be supplied containing human serum albumin or an appropriate recombinant albumin where appropriate.
Options: 2 + 1 year extension
Renewal: 2 + 1 year extension
CryopreservationSupply of products designed to simplify vitrification and freezing
Options: 2 + 1 year extension
Renewal: 2 + 1 year extension
Glassware and PlasticwareSupply of CE or UKCA marked glassware or plasticware to maintain the safety and efficacy of the IVF process.
Options: 2 + 1 year extension
Renewal: 2 + 1 year extension
