Summary of the contracting process

The White Horse Federation, a sub-central government public authority based in Swindon, has concluded an open procurement process to establish a framework for providing Purchase to Pay and Education Supply Solutions. Supported by procurement specialists Value Match Services, the framework targets the education sector and broader public sector within the UK. This initiative, structured under an open procedure, aims to create a comprehensive digital procurement platform accessible to schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, and other public bodies. The procurement process culminated with the award stage completed on 10th June 2026, leading to contracts that commence from 1st June 2026 and extend until 30th April 2030.

This framework offers substantial opportunities for businesses specializing in digital procurement solutions and associated services. Companies equipped with capabilities in providing comprehensive procurement platforms and educational supplies will find this tender particularly beneficial. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as larger businesses with diverse product offerings, are well-positioned to seize growth opportunities by collaborating with educational entities and public sector organisations. The framework ensures streamlined procurement processes, fostering both competitive pricing and consistent high-quality supply to meet a wide range of sector needs.
