    "description": "This Contract Notice is being issued for transparency and not as a call for competition. A negotiated procedure will be entered into with the identified providers of this Service to award separate and distinct contracts in accordance with Regulations 33 and 74-76 of the Public Contacts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The Duration at II.2.7 is a maximum period applicable to each contract and is proposed to comprise: an initial period of 36 months with options to extend for up to a further 24 months in increments to be determined by Scotland Excel and agreed by the Provider. The exercise of any extension option will be at Scotland Excel's discretion and will take account of emerging policy requirements and commercial considerations.
