This public procurement presents substantial market opportunities, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises and voluntary, community, and social enterprises with expertise in housing and social services. Businesses specialising in accommodation management and support services for individuals with complex needs, such as homelessness or mental health challenges, can significantly benefit from leveraging their capabilities. The initiative promotes social inclusion and supports independent living, aligning well with organisations observing trauma-informed care practices.
