Summary of the contracting process

London Borough of Islington procured soft and hard landscaping and public realm works for the Andover Estate in London, within the area bounded by Hornsey Road, Seven Sisters Road, Durham Road and Moray Road. The works cover construction and landscaping activities, including site preparation, excavation and earthmoving, green areas, parks, gardens, recreational areas and other estate public realm. A brief overview of the project/services you are procuring, you should provide enough detail to encourage prospective suppliers to download the full spec/ITT etc Soft and hard landscaping works predominantly within the Andover Estate as detailed in the tender. The initial appointment will be via a PCSA which will allow the contractor to; - Detail out the design and specification- Undertake necessary surveys- Outline any opportunity for value engineering - Quantify existing materials onsite Once the PCSA period completes, then the supplier shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to deliver the full scope of soft and hard landscaping works in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with other trades, maintaining a safe and tidy site, and protecting existing features

Maintenance and Repair of Rigid & Inflatable Boats - South Scotland

Marine Directorate have five vessels of which MPV Jura, Minna and Hirta carry RIBs to undertake regulatory activities. MPV Jura and Hirta both carry two RIBs and MPV Minna carries one RIB. MRV Scotia, our Science vessel, also carries a RIB as well. RIBs are also used by our Inshore Protection Programme (IPP) and Science programme. The RIBs within the IPP and science teams are based around the coast of Scotland at marinas during the summer period at various locations that change each year. The RIBs require to be serviced, maintained and repaired when necessary throughout the specified contract period. This will include both planned maintenance and unplanned repairs to maintain these assets. Marine Directorate currently has 14 RIBs which will require planned and unplanned maintenance as part of this framework.

Renewal: Option of 12 months extension
