Notice Description

Barnsley Facilities Services (BFS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, intends to issue a tender notice for provision of a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system. BFS is willing to engage with potential suppliers to understand the capabilities of suppliers to provide a CAFM system. Some pre-market engagement has already taken place in the form of demonstrations from suppliers known to BFS. The outcome of these demonstrations has served to reinforce our understanding of the capabilities of a CAFM system but has not changed our specification or approach to market. The tender may be issued as a joint opportunity to provide a CAFM system to BFS and The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust.
