This decision has been taken because the tenders received did not, in the reasonable opinion of GMET, sufficiently meet the requirements set out in the tender documentation to enable a Most Advantageous Tender to be identified. As a result, GMET has reviewed its delivery strategy for Onsite Alternative provision for the 2026/27 academic year and has determined that the requirement, as specified, will not be taken forward in its current form. GMET will consider its options for meeting this requirement going forward, which may include re-procurement on revised terms at a future date. This decision has been made and communicated in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the principles of transparency, integrity and equal treatment, and applies equally to all Tenderers who participated in this procurement.",
