Past Market Engagement: Market engagement sessions were held by SCAPE with key organisations (both Clients and Consultants) within the corporate services space. Engagement activities commenced on 04/11/2024 and will continue until 27/02/2026. During market engagement sessions that were undertaken prior to this notice, information was provided on the upcoming procurement and an opportunity to give feedback on specific points was provided to the organisations who participated. An independent consultant under NDA was appointed by SCAPE to undertake initial market engagement on 04/11/2024. Results of this engagement were anonymised and only the categories of organisations and individuals engaged were shared with SCAPE. Suppliers participating in the market engagement activities were asked a standard set of questions, all of which have been recorded. SCAPE has taken great care to ensure this process has not given undue advantage as a result of any participation. All feedback has been taken into review as a whole and has been given equal consideration.",

        "description": "Scape Procure Limited (trading as SCAPE) is considering establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Corporate Services throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. To support this, SCAPE has undertaken market engagement activities and will undertake further market engagement activities prior to submitting a Tender Notice. This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest. The purpose of this notice is to provide details on SCAPE's market engagement activities in support of an upcoming framework procurement for Corporate Services. It is currently envisaged that the framework will have the following lotting structure: Lot 1: Group A - Advisory Services (PS1.2bn) Lot 2: Group B - Legal Services (PS300m) Lot 3: Group C - Audit Services (PS150m) Lot 1 (Group A - Advisory Services) is envisaged to include the following four categories: - Management Consultancy - Technology, Digital and Data Advisory - Finance and Accounting - Sustainability Lot 2 (Group B - Legal Services) is envisaged to include one category: Legal Services. Lot 3 (Group C - Audit Services) is envisaged to include one category: Audit Services. The annual turnover requirements for each Lot are anticipated to be as follows: Lot 1: PS75m per annum Lot 2: PS50m per annum Lot 3: PS25m per annum Following internal discussion and consideration of the combined feedback gained through market engagement, SCAPE may amend any of the details of this framework between publication of this notice and publication of an associated Tender Notice.
