In line with the Provider Selection Regime 2023, the Trust has identified that the contract
award must follow a competitive process
The East of England framework RM6276 allows for a direct award to be made as a
competitive process, by nature of the framework itself
East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust therefore intend to make a direct
award against framework RM6276 to secure an appropriate medical imaging services
insourcing provide. Additional information: This notice will be published on the UK e-notification system Find a Tender Service (FTS)
