Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust sought a finance and procurement system for use across its operations in the United Kingdom. Businesses able to provide presentations, maintain the system over its operating life and evidence robust support arrangements would have been well placed to compete. Small and medium-sized enterprises and voluntary, community or social enterprises were expressly considered suitable.
